Our Team

Erich Hamm serves as the Chief Trust & Planned Giving Officer of Provision Financial Resources. Erich is responsible for leading the development efforts at Provision. Prior to joining, Erich served as an Executive Vice President for a regional bank’s trust and investment division. Erich brings with him over 30 years of experience in the wealth management and planned giving industry. During that time, Erich was responsible for over $10 billion in various trust, investment, and planned giving programs.

Erich is a graduate of Appalachian State University, American Bankers Association’s National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University, American Bankers Association’s Trust Operations program, and Florida State University’s Financial Planner program. He also holds both the Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designations. Erich has served on various planned giving advisory boards and as a guest speaker at philanthropic conferences, councils, and continuing education events. He is the Past President of the North Carolina Planned Giving Council, Greensboro Estate Planning Council, and past Chairman of the Board at Victory Junction. He has also served on the board of High Point Christian Academy and the Children’s Home Society Foundation.

Erich enjoys spending time with his wife and son, preferably on the NC coast.
